Hostel Rules

• DOCUMENT: Address and Identity proof along with Passport size photo(As required by law).
• Fees once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted if resident lives hostel before the period committed in the form filled at the time of admission.
• The gates are closed at 7:00 PM daily and no entry is allowed after this time.
• No resident is allowed to cook meals in the rooms.
• Tea, breakfast and meals will be served in the dining hall during the fixed hours only.
• Timing of various services in the mess will be notified from time to time.
• Only vegetarian meals are served in Hostel .
• No hostel resident can keep any motorised vehicle in the Hostel. However,bicycles are permitted for local transport. In case you own than theft, damage will not be the responsibility of hostel authorities.
• Ragging is strictly prohibited inside as well as outside the Hostel.
• Use of narcotics, consumption of alcoholic beverages and gambling are strictly prohibited.
• Any act of intimidation or violence, wilful damage to property or drunken and riotous behaviour constitutes an offence. If anybody is found to do so, he/she shall be liable for expulsion from the Hostel.
• The boarder will be allowed to visit local guardians whose authorized photograph duly endorsed
• by parents has been submitted in the form at the time of admission.
• Smoking, consumption of alcoholic drinks and spitting is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
• Students are also provided Bed Sheets &Pillow Covers on Chargeable Basis just to maintain Discipline & Decorum.
• Surprise checking of personal belongings shall be carried by the Warden on Directors orders.
